All suppliers work a little different, but for the most part the answer is yes! Suppliers typically set you up with a support team based on your account size. The nice thing is we will be there to support you no matter what size of account you have!

How does Communication Brokers get paid?

Much like an insurance broker gets paid through the insurance provider, we get paid through the communication supplier that you select. That means you don't pay us a dime directly.

Will I have to pay more to have your services?

No, the cost is the same regardless if you use us or not. So since we are your advocates and can help you with choosing the right provider, and with pre/post sales support, it makes sense to engage with us for all your service needs.

Absolutely! We are there for you and will advocate for you and do the pain staking work with billing departments so you can focus on your work! We are an extension of your IT Staff that doesn't cost you anything!

Yes! While we aren't lawyers, and we do suggest that all clients have their legal teams review contracts, we are able to help negotiate the best price possible, and we are also able to help explain how service terms work etc.

Yes, will engage our specialists with your team to have discussions about the service(s) that you are interested in having put out to RFP. We will have recommendations on which suppliers make the most sense to include in the RFP and we will help you submit it. We are VERY good at negotiating the best price(s) possible and will work hard to see that you get just that!
